The Rigby Stake dance scheduled for Friday night September 3rd has been cancelled.

Friday night September 10th a Single Adult dance will be held from 9:00 til midnight in the Blackfoot East Stake Center at 1289 Mount Putnum Drive south of Blackfoot High School.. The band will be Lyle Albertson.

Saturday night September 11th a singles dance with dance instruction will be held 8:30-midnight in Pocatello at the brick loft, 928 North Main. LDS Standards will be observed. Admission is $8 to include refreshments.

Friday night September 17th a Single Adult dance will be held from 9:00 til midnight in the Rigby East Stake Center at 4021 East 3rd North, near the cemetery.

Saturday night September 18th a dance will be held from 8:30-11:30 in Pocatello Alameda 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Ward building 6 blocks south of Pocatello Creek Road near the corner of Jefferson and Walnut. The DJ will be Scott McKee.

Friday night September 24th the Idaho Falls Singles dance will be held from 9:00 til midnight in the Ammon West Stake Center in Idaho Falls at 2055 Coronado near ERMC. The DJ will be Steve Reed. Dance practice before the dance runs from 7:30 to 8:30, and will be taught by Cyndy Chase and Robert Pitman. Following the dance, singles are invited to meet at Denney’s to socialize over late night dessert or early breakfast. For more information, call Anijanette at 403-6201.

Saturday night September 25th the Southeast Idaho Singles host a dance from 9 till midnight at the Iona Community Building east of Idaho Falls at 3548 North Main. The band will be Silver Mullet, and the admission is $5

Friday night September 3rd a pot-luck dinner and social will be held at 7:00 in Rexburg weather permitting in the back yard of Sandy Bland, 3466 West Highway 33, 2 miles west of Erickson Pontiac. For inclement weather, meet at the Rexburg 3rd and 9th Ward Building at 345 South 3rd West across from the old staking rink. Children are welcome. Bring your favorite food to share. Saturday September 4th Frisbee golf and a potluck barbeque will held at 6:30 at Freeman Park in Idaho Falls. Meet at the Memorial on top of the hill. Bring your own hamburger or hot dogs. Bring other food as follows based on the first letter of your last name: A-J, bring a side dish; K-R, bring a salad; S-Z, bring condiments.

Tuesday night September 7th is Idaho Falls Singles Temple Night in the 7:00 session in the Idaho Falls Temple.

Thursday September 9th The Idaho Falls Regional Singles Conference will be begin with a Temple Session Thursday night at 7:15P followed by an endowment session at 8:00 in the Idaho Falls Temple.

Friday night September 10th the Idaho Falls Regional Singles Conference continues with a potluck dinner and games at 6:00 followed by a dance from 9:00.til midnight. Please bring the following item based on your last name: Names beginning with A-H, bring a casserole; I-P, bring a salad and chips; Q-Z, bring a dessert.

Saturday September 11th, the Idaho Falls Regional Singles conference concludes with service projects from 9AM-Noon, and educational sessions from 2-5PM in church dress. Classes will be as follows: “Single but not Alone” by Brenda Merchant, “Cooking with Food Storage” by Amy Moss, “Total Money Makeover” by Carol Browning, “Planning for the Future” by Ray Meikle, and “Physical Wellness” by Dr. Carrie Merrill. Dinner in church dress will be served at 5:30 followed by a fireside at 7. The speaker will be Dr. Kim Clark of BYU-Idaho. For more information, call Terry at 529-0976.

Sunday night September 12, three firesides will be held. One will be at 6:00 in the Pocatello Alameda 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Ward building 6 blocks south of Pocatello Creek Road near the corner of Jefferson and Walnut. Another will be at 7:00 in Idaho Falls at the Ammon West Stake Center at 2055 Coronado near ERMC. The speaker will be Bob Stahn. The other will be at 7:00 in the Ririe Stake Center Relief Society Room, 14061 North 130 East near the Subway off of North Yellowstone Highway.

Saturday night September 18th is a night of fun, WII bowling, and volleyball will be held at 6:30 at the Idaho Falls Central Stake Center, 2025 Jenny Lee Drive behind Shopko.

Monday night September 20th a pot-luck family home evening for empty nesters over 30 with no children at home will be held from 6:30-8:30 at the Tiebreaker building in Ammon at 1100 Tiebreaker Drive.
